Wine tasting with light lunch
Two glasses and two courses according to the fantasy of the Chef, plus a dessert made by us with sweet wine or an artisanal liqueur: the Wine Tasting with Light Lunch is the perfect experience that, in less than two hours, offers many emotions and allows you to explore the world of natural wine and genuine Etna food.
This experience is designed for guests who wish to enjoy a light yet complete tasting, combining quality wines with traditional cuisine in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. It is ideal for couples, small groups and wine lovers who want to discover the authentic flavors of Mount Etna through food and wine pairing.
During the vineyard visit, our staff will be glad to walk you along the rows and show you the fascinating viti ad alberello (sapling training system). This cultivation method is, in fact, a typical trait of Etna DOC production and represents one of the symbols of the local viticultural tradition.
Then the experience will continue with the tour of our ancient Palmento, a historic place where wine has been produced for generations. Here you will taste two of our wines, paired with a fine selection of local products prepared according to the inspiration of our Chef.
Our local wine experts will help you identify the organoleptic traits of our wines. These rank among the poorest in sulfites in the national winemaking scene and are the perfect example of our constant dedication to a natural and genuine production. You will learn how volcanic soils, altitude and climate influence the personality of Etna wines and give them their distinctive character.
To complete your wine experience, we will supply you with a technical sheet for each sampled label during the wine tasting, allowing you to better understand aromas, structure and production methods.
During the Etna Wine Tasting with Light Lunch, you can also request further wine samplings at a price of €5 per glass, in order to deepen your tasting journey and explore additional labels.
Finally, you will enjoy a moment of conviviality surrounded by tradition and the authentic atmosphere of an Etna winery. This Wine Tasting with Light Lunch represents the perfect opportunity to slow down, taste consciously and appreciate the true essence of Sicilian wine culture.
