If you’re going on a trip to Etna or simply want to enjoy a moment of relaxation in nature, our aperitif and selection of Etna wines at the end is just what you need.
One of our wonderful friends will accompany you first on a walk through the hills of our vineyard , in the magical atmosphere of the atardecer on Etna. Immersed in the hills of vines illuminated by the last rays of the sun, you will know our small but authentic company, where man and nature come together in the creation of an artisanal and genuine product.
Inside our Palmento , the tasting of two Etna DOC wines will follow, one tinto and one blanco, accompanied by a rich aperitif based on carefully selected local products. Our etiquettes, maintaining specific organoleptic properties, are united by the same philosophy; a responsible production that adapts to the rhythms of nature and is inspired by ancient techniques. In this way, you will first experience the pleasure of producing a natural wine, the result of a conscious winemaking process and a minimum concentration of sulphites.
During the selection of wines we will also provide you with the technical details of the products being tasted to guide you in the discussion of each label.
It will be possible to request additional wine tastings at an extra cost of €4 per cup.
NB The Etna Aperitif and wine selection at the end is only available upon request for availability and with a minimum number of participants.
